3.Shipping Terms
Our prices are generally quoted on EXW (Ex Works) basis. Transportation mode and shipping cost will depend on the buyer’s choice and destination country.
Other Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, or DDP can also be arranged based on buyer requirements and mutual agreement.

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.

5.Estimated Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on several factors including order quantity, packaging requirements, shipping method, destination country, and customs clearance procedures.
The exact delivery schedule will be shared with the buyer after order confirmation and shipment booking.

All products are packed using international export packaging standards to ensure maximum safety during transit.

7.Shipping Documents
We provide all necessary export documentation required for international trade, including:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
• Certificate of Origin (if required)
Additional documents can also be provided based on buyer requirements and destination country regulations.
8.Shipment Tracking
Once the shipment is dispatched, buyers will receive shipment details and tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

After the shipment is dispatched and handed over to the logistics carrier, responsibility for transportation will be governed according to the agreed Incoterms and shipping terms.
